its not Kate...i would NEVER EVER EVER support that pairing...i dont support any pairing except Decget! this is just how the story goes
i think when i get into the story more it will be interesting how India acts around this new "mother figure" sorta thing...
one other thing...Bridget has two sons....their Josh's....

long story short, he injected her with a drug that simulated death after Declan left and just before they buried her he swapped the bodies with a doll thing and yeah then that was buried and Bridget was locked up for ten years and only just escaped

Well, I'd love to read it, I agree, could only happen on Neighbours or Home and Away!
Actually I lie - Sunset Beach went for that kind of thing which was its main appeal!

DECLAN'S P.O.V
I watched mum and Paul take to the dance floor, then Bridget came over to me holding India.
"Hey" She sat down, India reached for me.
"Hey gorgeous girls" I took India from Bridget and started tossing her in the air while making faces at her.
"Babies mine now!" Donna came over and took India, "You want to hang out with Auntie Donna don't you!".
"Hey Dec" Bridget said as Donna walked off holding our daughter, "Peanut's kicking".
I looked at her stomach, "Really?".
Bridget grabbed my hand and placed it over her stomach, after a few seconds i felt a tiny foot kick into my hand.
"She's going to be an awesome footy player, like her mum!"I smiled.
*that's just a nice little bit of fluff*
