Bridget Birthday

As we now know Bridget Birthday is on the 31 of august, which is not so long anymore.
Do you think Neighbours will do something or acknowledge it?
And what would you want to see happening at that day? How do you want it to be recognized?

As for Neighbours recognising it they didn't for the last 2 years why start now? But .. Declan may mention it even it is only in the diary.

Didge mentions are among the few things to look forward to on Neighbours these days. I miss Didge!

Completely unlikely but I hope one day they surprise us and have some kind of prerecorded ghostly visitation a la Marco by Didge that we weren't spoiled for... that would actually make my month!

i really miss her now! i was watching that tree planting thing in her memory a minute ago on you tube and although it was yet another lovely acted scene from Dec - seeing all the gang without her just made me feel very sad. It's like the spark has gone out of the group - well for me anyway

i would love Eloise to come back and film a scene when James eventually leaves. Whether it be a ghostly visit or he gets to have a day in a parallel world where the accident never happened or she was in a witness protection programme and comes back...whatever!!! I don't care how they do it - just get her back for that

I miss her too, I think until the tree planting ceremony I had been in denial to a certain extent, which is why I haven't really discussed the death too much on here.

I'm hoping that Declan will visit those beautifuil gardens next year on India's Birthday and Bridget will appear to him a al Marco as Bridget predicted in her dream.
It would only take Eloise a day or two to film as a guest stint next year, It would be inkeeping with the story, the Decget Fans would love it and I'm sure Eloise would appreciate a couple of days work to help pay for her degree.

Chris that is a great idea!! i so want that to happen now, it would seriously make my year for 2010...but i dont think i'll be doing much neighbours watching around then, coz it'll be around the first set of exams for my year 12 eek

I think you might be doing some neighbours Watching if Didge is going to put in an appearance. Just think how the Decgetettes who were doing exams whilst Didge was dying must have felt. There will be a huge fall in exam results this year because people were distracted by the loss of Didge.

haha i had a major year 12 sac (i'm doing one year 12 subject this year) the day that bridget died...and i went and saw harry potter.....that was horrible

but yeah i almost failed that sac and i did fail another sac because i was distracted by this...but my teacher was nice enough to let me re-do it like a week later thank god

I think It will be Lovely to have Dec think of Didge on her Birthday and also when their 1st anniversary since they got Married comes around Next year.

No mention of her birthday in the tv week spoilers, but they aren't exactly detailed. We shall have to wait and see. I won't hold my breath though.
