Well, it's not new, but I was looking at old magazines on Nfans and found this
My TV mum and me
We celebrate Mother's Day with some of TV's best loved mum-and-daughter duos
Nikki and Eloise
Nikki Coghill and Eloise Mignon play mother and daughter Miranda and Bridget in Neighbours. Nikki has two daughters, Elly, 12, and Hayley, 9.
How close are you in real life?
Eloise: Really close. We first met at the call-back audition for the show and had a really long conversation. We've become closer since then. I've babysat Nikki's kids and tutored her eldest daughter in French.
Nikki: Eloise has come over and spent time with my kids, and they adore her. I do feel quite maternal towards Eloise on set at times. Miranda and Bridget are also very close, but Miranda can be a bit overprotective as a mother and I think she quite often pushes Bridget away. I'd hope I'm a little more laid-back than that - that I'm a bit more trusting of my daughters. I'd also hope that I'm a loving, caring and considerate mum in real life, but I'm human like everyone else!
What sort of relationship do you have with your real mums?
Eloise: I'm very close to mine. I think my mum's probably a bit more relaxed than Miranda. My mum has also been very involved in my life, it's just that she's less neurotic than Miranda!
Nikki: I think my mum and I went through a bit of a rocky period during my adolescence - I was probably quite hard to live with. But our relationship has grown closer and closer as I've gotten older.
What will you be doing for Mother's Day this year?
Eloise: I'll do dinner and flowers for my mum.
Nikki: I plan to spend time with my family, but it's no big deal. I always like spending time with them!
Thanks to Carly!
