Well I just watched that last ep to the very end and I looooved the preview. With the voiceover guy saying 'wlll this push Declan too far" in a deep dramatic voice and showing Didge saying she doesn't want to see Declan and Dec assaulting the poor defenceless caravan . I can't wait to watch these bits now ;D. The show was so great back then...sigh. I had also forgetten how wooden Carmella was..and Janae is a delight as always.

However wooden Carmella was, she wasn't as bad as her cousin...
Did Sienna actually DO anything??

No. I watched loads of old Chris Knight eps last night (unintential pun there) and still have some great ones to go! ;D ETA: I forgot to say, I saw the episode where Bridget thanks Declan for promising not to say anything about her being the one who killed Chris and then kissing him on the cheek - can't believe I've missed that before, it was so lovely.

Assorted comments in order as they pop into my brain while I'm watching and browsing this site during the boring bits: -Oh I loved Riley, he was lovely... and Steve ...and Miranda. -Poor Didge having to wear that head thing. Her and Riley had a cute relationship. -Haha at Oliver "Look at this- it's a railway track!" cheers Neighbours, just in case we hadn't spotted it then. -oh no! That scene where they found him was heartbreaking! Shame they ruined the mood by being jokey in the next scene but oh well... -ooh I love Declan when he's banging things with big sticks! (ETA: didn't mean that to sound so rude I apologise) Thanks for these Suse, going to try and be better about watching these.

Why was Declan kidnapped? Riley was nice, if rather weird.

Because Laura whatshername (Gus Cleary's sister)'s creepy boyfriend Nick decided it would be a good way to get revenge on Paul for Gus' death.

Yeah... the kidnapping was all a little bit silly on the whole. Worth it for the 'worrying about Didge' bits though. Aww. It was like a precursor...

That's pretty ridiculous, I have to say (the kidnapping storyline) but worth it for Dec worrying over Didge!

I was watching the full episode today..and Mickey's line of "Nan and Pop had an accident, got better and then they died" made me sad because he was referring to his worries about Bridgets accident, it was basically the same storyline as with Bridget...

Not really decget-related, but I was looking through some old episodes the other day and Miranda made up a bed for Riley's girlfriend on the sofa and Bridget and Steve were laughing at her, until Miranda asked Steve how he'd feel if it was Bridget and her boyfriend. Didge asked, "How old do i have to be to have a boy stay over?" and Steve said something like, "Nine..nine...", Bridget replied, "Nineteen? That's cool!" and Steve went, "Ninety!" Well that didn't work out now did it?

I really expected a scene where Steve hit the roof, was a bit disappointed really! I can't believe how calm he and Miranda were about it. My parents are lovely and I know they'd support me but I can't see even them being that calm. And I'm twenty!

LOL as they say. That's why I quite like watching these early episodes now, full of funny ironies, alas. ETA: Hold on did I just edit out the link by mistake. God I'm confused today! www.veoh.com/browse/videos/category/drama/watch/v19203375sDM5YzPyAs I said, that should be the "Declan goes slightly crazy" episode, the next in the sequence if people want to follow along... will post my indepth commentary later.
