i don't like the Ramseys at all (well Harry is okay) but i can't stand kate or the little brat. Their introduction storyline was absolutely terrible. Random Ramseys is right

and i just thought it was typical how we have the girl that plays Sunny gushing about James in every interview...now Ashleigh /Kate is doing it....but not bloody once did we ever have Eloise utter a word about him!!!!

I like your idea about shipping Kate/"anyone but Dec" idea too ;D. I read somewhere on the official that someone started a petition against a Kate/Dec relationship too .

I just feel like James/Declan have put so much into this 'anger' storyline since Didge died but i'm scared that once his anger phase is over, he'll forget about her. Like Donna instantly has! Grr/

I don't think so. Like Rebbeca said, it is time for him to feel sad. We have to see more moments like the aftermath of didges death. Like the talk dec had with rebbeca after the run where he was crying. i hope we will see more like it.

i can actually see him telling her when it does happen all about his new love and how he knows Didge would be happy for him...i think that would actually turn my stomach. In fact if they did that i would rather they hadn't bothered with him carrying on the diary.

sorry this topic is something i strongly oppose, Declan should not get another love...at least while he lives in ramsay street, his daughter should be a constant reminder that he is in love with Didge!!

It is going to kill us all if he finds new love...but I dare say if James plans to hang around for at least another 12months, then its bound to happen eventually...I just hope its really boring and rubbish, and if he does that adorable touchy feely stuff with anyone else I will be spitting chips .

And if we have to tolerate it in the diary I will campaign for its demise as strongly as I did for its introduction lol.

I have to agree with you. If James stays, there is nothing we can do about it. He will get a new love. I just hope as you said Suse that it will be not touchy feely as he was with Didge. And not known as another soulmate.

i totally agree with that - all the adorable touchy feely stuff should remain signature decget!! - i would hate if if he did that with any other girl - and to be honest and quite childish i would hate the girl aswell!!

i just hope that Didge remains a strong part of his character and that he struggles to let her memory go. In fact i hope Didge is the only girl he will ever truly love and he will never quite 'move on' It will always be good ground for the show to fall back on anyway if they need to split him up with anybody in the future

the thing i am really dreading is when he takes his wedding ring off...that will break my heart :'

Yes. I realise that realistically her will move on, but oh for the day when he removes the ring. That will be awful!!!
